E-IJARA is a state electronic system where lease agreements must be registered in accordance with legal requirements. In simple terms, every signed lease must be properly entered into E-IJARA. This ensures transparency and control: if a lease is not registered, the tax authorities may treat it as a violation. For example, a company can be placed into a high-risk (“red zone”) category and face negative consequences. We handle the E-IJARA registration for your legal address lease, so you can be confident all formalities are met and your business is protected from unnecessary risks.
Yes. Under local requirements, an LLC must have a registered legal (mailing) address. If the company does not own a non-residential premises, it must sign a lease agreement and register it in E-IJARA — this becomes the legal basis for the company’s registered address. Registering a company without a confirmed legal address is considered a violation.
Yes — using a rented legal address is legal as long as all legal requirements are met. This is sometimes called a “virtual address” or “nominee address,” and it is fully legitimate when you have an official lease agreement. The key requirement is that the lease must be properly registered in E-IJARA.
In practice, VAT-registered companies are commonly expected to have a legal address with at least 18 m² of non-residential space (requirements may vary; we clarify the current approach case by case). This is tied to the expectation that VAT payers typically have staff and need a sufficiently sized premises. For businesses on other tax regimes (non-VAT), the law does not set a minimum area. Still, we offer legal address options from 5 m² and above. Why not smaller? In our view, anything under 5 m² is impractical: an overly small “virtual office” may look unreliable and raise questions during inspections. This way, we balance affordability with compliance by offering 5 m² and 18 m² options (18 m² when you need to meet the VAT requirement).
We do not use a “mass registration” approach — an address where an unreasonably large number of companies are registered. Each client signs a separate lease agreement, which is then registered in E-IJARA. Our premises area is limited, so the number of companies that can register at our address is also limited. Once all square meters are allocated under active leases, we stop accepting new registrations for that address — which prevents it from becoming a mass address.
Here’s how it works: we send the lease agreement through an electronic document workflow system (Didox) and notify you. You review it, sign it with your digital signature, and pay for the current month (only for the actual days of use). After payment, we promptly register your lease in the state E-IJARA system.
If an on-site tax inspection is scheduled at your legal address, please agree on the date and time with the inspector and inform us in advance. We will provide access to the premises and assist during the inspection.
We offer legal addresses in several districts of Tashkent: Mirzo-Ulugbek, Yakkasaray, Mirabad, Yashnabad, and Yunusabad. You can choose the most convenient district — and we’ll share details (exact address, availability, etc.) upon request.
